隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展步伐加快,國民生產(chǎn)總值的也在不斷增加,這也可以表現(xiàn)出我國工業(yè)企業(yè)的規(guī)模在逐漸擴大,企業(yè)內(nèi)部所具備的電力系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)的也逐漸完善。在高壓電氣設(shè)備運行時,如何防范因出現(xiàn)故障而高壓電氣設(shè)備出現(xiàn)停止運行的情況,這是所有工作人員都需要進行思考的重要問題。本文依據(jù)工業(yè)電氣設(shè)備的發(fā)展情況,分析了電氣設(shè)備在維修與檢查方面應(yīng)該要采取的措施,從而促進企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。

我國各類工廠的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營主要靠各種各樣大型電氣設(shè)備、機械設(shè)備的一起合作完成。由于電氣設(shè)備的類型、質(zhì)量千差萬別，因此對電氣設(shè)備的進行維護和管理是一項比較、復(fù)雜的工作。在實際操作過程中，電氣設(shè)備的維護將更加復(fù)雜，需要電氣維護管理人員掌握的電氣知識，足夠了解電氣設(shè)備出現(xiàn)的情況，從而使維護工作達到合理、科學、明確的目標，促進高壓電氣設(shè)備維護過程的完善。

高壓配電系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的設(shè)備包括金具、支持絕緣子、母線、避雷器、電壓互感器、電流互感器、隔離開關(guān)、高壓開關(guān)等。在系統(tǒng)的正常運作下，這些系統(tǒng)設(shè)備都應(yīng)該順利地運行，完成配電任務(wù)。而完善的維護工作可以保證高壓配電系統(tǒng)的正常運行，主要維護要求為：要經(jīng)過運行維護完成SCADA數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)視與采集，從而保證配電系統(tǒng)的運行參數(shù)可以達到正常狀態(tài)的既定約束條件;其次經(jīng)過實施維護實現(xiàn)DSM與LM用以改善正常狀態(tài)下的負荷曲線，以免在達到峰值的時候出現(xiàn)過度負荷引起違反不等式約束條件的情況;經(jīng)過實施維護可以完成在正常狀態(tài)的情況下，DMS通過電壓/無功優(yōu)化與負荷平衡來減少網(wǎng)損，促進配電系統(tǒng)的順利運行。然后經(jīng)過實施維護在不同受力狀態(tài)與氣象條件完成力學計算。其系數(shù)不能低于規(guī)定數(shù)值，以免出現(xiàn)事故。在高壓配電系統(tǒng)的正常運行時，維護工作需要保證其設(shè)計方案和實施內(nèi)容可以維持正常的工作的進行，并且也可以使配電系統(tǒng)得到保障。而在實際的配電系統(tǒng)維護時，也需要考慮到系統(tǒng)正常運行的情況，做出合理、的維護方案。

The main maintenance requirements are as follows: first, SCADA data monitoring and acquisition should be completed through operation and maintenance, so as to ensure that the operation parameters of distribution system can reach the established constraints of normal state; Secondly, DSM and LM are implemented through maintenance to improve the load curve under normal state, so as to avoid the situation that excessive load causes violation of inequality constraints when it reaches the peak value; DMS can reduce network loss through voltage / reactive power optimization and load balance under normal state through implementation maintenance, so as to promote the smooth operation of distribution system. Then, after maintenance, the mechanical calculation is completed in different stress states and meteorological conditions. The safety factor should not be lower than the specified value to avoid safety accidents. In the normal operation of high-voltage distribution system, the maintenance work needs to ensure that its design and implementation can maintain the normal work, and also can ensure the safety of the distribution system. In the actual distribution system maintenance, we also need to consider the normal operation of the system and make a reasonable and comprehensive maintenance plan.
