隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展步伐加快,國(guó)民生產(chǎn)總值的也在不斷增加,這也可以表現(xiàn)出我國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)的規(guī)模在逐漸擴(kuò)大,企業(yè)內(nèi)部所具備的電力系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)的也逐漸完善。在高壓電氣設(shè)備運(yùn)行時(shí),如何防范因出現(xiàn)故障而高壓電氣設(shè)備出現(xiàn)停止運(yùn)行的情況,這是所有工作人員都需要進(jìn)行思考的重要問(wèn)題。本文依據(jù)工業(yè)電氣設(shè)備的發(fā)展情況,分析了電氣設(shè)備在維修與檢查方面應(yīng)該要采取的措施,從而促進(jìn)企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。

我國(guó)各類(lèi)工廠的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)主要靠各種各樣大型電氣設(shè)備、機(jī)械設(shè)備的一起合作完成。由于電氣設(shè)備的類(lèi)型、質(zhì)量千差萬(wàn)別，因此對(duì)電氣設(shè)備的進(jìn)行維護(hù)和管理是一項(xiàng)比較、復(fù)雜的工作。在實(shí)際操作過(guò)程中，電氣設(shè)備的維護(hù)將更加復(fù)雜，需要電氣維護(hù)管理人員掌握的電氣知識(shí)，足夠了解電氣設(shè)備出現(xiàn)的情況，從而使維護(hù)工作達(dá)到合理、科學(xué)、明確的目標(biāo)，促進(jìn)高壓電氣設(shè)備維護(hù)過(guò)程的完善。

高壓配電系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的設(shè)備包括金具、支持絕緣子、母線、避雷器、電壓互感器、電流互感器、隔離開(kāi)關(guān)、高壓開(kāi)關(guān)等。在系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)作下，這些系統(tǒng)設(shè)備都應(yīng)該順利地運(yùn)行，完成配電任務(wù)。而完善的維護(hù)工作可以保證高壓配電系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行，主要維護(hù)要求為：要經(jīng)過(guò)運(yùn)行維護(hù)完成SCADA數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)視與采集，從而保證配電系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行參數(shù)可以達(dá)到正常狀態(tài)的既定約束條件;其次經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)施維護(hù)實(shí)現(xiàn)DSM與LM用以改善正常狀態(tài)下的負(fù)荷曲線，以免在達(dá)到峰值的時(shí)候出現(xiàn)過(guò)度負(fù)荷引起違反不等式約束條件的情況;經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)施維護(hù)可以完成在正常狀態(tài)的情況下，DMS通過(guò)電壓/無(wú)功優(yōu)化與負(fù)荷平衡來(lái)減少網(wǎng)損，促進(jìn)配電系統(tǒng)的順利運(yùn)行。然后經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)施維護(hù)在不同受力狀態(tài)與氣象條件完成力學(xué)計(jì)算。其系數(shù)不能低于規(guī)定數(shù)值，以免出現(xiàn)事故。在高壓配電系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行時(shí)，維護(hù)工作需要保證其設(shè)計(jì)方案和實(shí)施內(nèi)容可以維持正常的工作的進(jìn)行，并且也可以使配電系統(tǒng)得到保障。而在實(shí)際的配電系統(tǒng)維護(hù)時(shí)，也需要考慮到系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行的情況，做出合理、的維護(hù)方案。

The main maintenance requirements are as follows: first, SCADA data monitoring and acquisition should be completed through operation and maintenance, so as to ensure that the operation parameters of distribution system can reach the established constraints of normal state; Secondly, DSM and LM are implemented through maintenance to improve the load curve under normal state, so as to avoid the situation that excessive load causes violation of inequality constraints when it reaches the peak value; DMS can reduce network loss through voltage / reactive power optimization and load balance under normal state through implementation maintenance, so as to promote the smooth operation of distribution system. Then, after maintenance, the mechanical calculation is completed in different stress states and meteorological conditions. The safety factor should not be lower than the specified value to avoid safety accidents. In the normal operation of high-voltage distribution system, the maintenance work needs to ensure that its design and implementation can maintain the normal work, and also can ensure the safety of the distribution system. In the actual distribution system maintenance, we also need to consider the normal operation of the system and make a reasonable and comprehensive maintenance plan.
