The maintenance content and steps of low-voltage distribution cabinets:

1：檢修時(shí)應(yīng)從變壓器低壓側(cè)開(kāi)始。配電柜斷電后，清潔柜中灰塵，檢查母線(xiàn)及引下線(xiàn)連接是否良好，接頭點(diǎn)有無(wú)發(fā)熱變色，檢查電纜頭、接線(xiàn)樁頭是否牢固可靠，檢查接地線(xiàn)有無(wú)銹蝕，接線(xiàn)樁頭是否緊固。所有二次回路接線(xiàn)連接可靠，絕緣符合要求。

1: Maintenance should start from the low-voltage side of the transformer. After the power is cut off in the distribution cabinet, clean the dust inside the cabinet, check whether the busbar and down lead connections are good, whether the joint points have heat or discoloration, check whether the cable head and wiring pile head are firm and reliable, check whether the grounding wire is rusted, and whether the wiring pile head is tight. All secondary circuit wiring connections are reliable and the insulation meets the requirements.

2： 檢查抽屜式開(kāi)關(guān)時(shí)，抽屜式開(kāi)關(guān)柜在推入或拉出時(shí)應(yīng)靈活，機(jī)械閉鎖可靠。檢查抽屜柜上的自動(dòng)空氣開(kāi)關(guān)操作機(jī)構(gòu)是否到位，接線(xiàn)螺絲是否緊固。接觸器觸頭表面及四周的污物，檢查接觸器觸頭接觸是否完好，如觸頭接觸不良，必要時(shí)可稍微修銼觸頭表面，如觸頭嚴(yán)重?zé)g（觸頭點(diǎn)磨損原厚度的1/3）即應(yīng)更換觸頭。電源指示儀表、指示燈完好。

2: When checking the drawer type switch, the drawer type switch cabinet should be flexible when pushed in or pulled out, and the mechanical locking should be reliable. Check if the automatic air switch operating mechanism on the drawer cabinet is in place and if the wiring screws are tightened. Clean the dirt on the surface and surroundings of the contactor contact, check if the contact is intact. If the contact is poor, slightly file the contact surface if necessary. If the contact is severely burned (the contact point is worn to 1/3 of the original thickness), the contact should be replaced. The power indicator instrument and indicator light are intact.

3：檢修電容柜時(shí)，應(yīng)先斷開(kāi)電容柜總開(kāi)關(guān)，用10mm2以上的一根導(dǎo)線(xiàn)逐個(gè)把電容器對(duì)地進(jìn)行放電后，外觀(guān)檢查殼體良好，無(wú)滲漏油現(xiàn)象，若電容器外殼膨脹，應(yīng)及時(shí)處理，更換放電裝置、控制電路的接線(xiàn)螺絲及接地裝置。合閘后進(jìn)行指示部分及自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償部分的調(diào)試。

3: When repairing the capacitor cabinet, the main switch of the capacitor cabinet should be disconnected first, and the capacitors should be discharged to the ground one by one with a wire of 10mm2 or more. The appearance of the shell should be checked and there should be no oil leakage. If the capacitor shell expands, it should be dealt with in a timely manner, and the discharge device, control circuit wiring screws, and grounding device should be replaced. After closing, debug the indication part and automatic compensation part.

4：受電柜及聯(lián)絡(luò)柜中的斷路器檢修：先斷開(kāi)所有負(fù)荷后，用手柄搖出斷路器。重新緊固接線(xiàn)螺絲，檢查刀口的彈力是否符合規(guī)定。滅弧柵有否破裂或損壞，手動(dòng)調(diào)試機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖分合閘是否準(zhǔn)確，檢查觸頭接觸是否良好，必要時(shí)修銼觸頭表面，檢查內(nèi)部彈簧、墊片、螺絲有無(wú)松動(dòng)、變形和脫落。

4: Maintenance of circuit breakers in the receiving cabinet and contact cabinet: First disconnect all loads, and then use the handle to shake out the circuit breaker. Retighten the wiring screws and check if the elasticity of the blade meets the regulations. Check if the arc extinguishing grid is broken or damaged, manually adjust the mechanical interlocking opening and closing to ensure accuracy, check if the contact is in good condition, if necessary, file the surface of the contact, and check if the internal springs, gaskets, and screws are loose, deformed, or detached.

變電柜的檢修：

Maintenance of substation cabinet:

1：操作前應(yīng)按下列步驟進(jìn)行：逐個(gè)斷開(kāi)低壓側(cè)的負(fù)荷，斷開(kāi)高壓側(cè)的斷路器，合上接地開(kāi)關(guān)，并鎖好高壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜，并在開(kāi)關(guān)柜把手上掛上“禁止合閘，有人工作”的標(biāo)志牌，然后用10mm2以上導(dǎo)線(xiàn)短接母排并掛接地線(xiàn)，緊固母排螺絲。

1: Before operation, the following steps should be followed: one by one, disconnect the load on the low voltage side, disconnect the circuit breaker on the high voltage side, close the grounding switch, lock the high voltage switchgear, and hang a sign "No Switching On, Someone is Working" on the handle of the switchgear. Then, use a wire of 10mm2 or more to short circuit the busbar and hang the grounding wire, and tighten the busbar screw.

2：檢修操作步驟：母排接觸處重新擦凈，并涂上電力復(fù)合脂，用新彈簧墊片螺絲加以緊固，檢查母排間的絕緣子、間距連接處有無(wú)異常，檢查電流、電壓、互感器的二次繞組接線(xiàn)端子連接的可靠性。

2: Maintenance operation steps: wipe the bus bar contact again, apply power compound grease, fasten it with new spring washer screws, check whether there is any abnormality at the insulator and spacing connection between bus bars, and check the reliability of current, voltage, and secondary winding terminal connection of transformer.

3： 送電前的檢查測(cè)試：拆除所有接地線(xiàn)、短接線(xiàn)，檢查工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)是否留有工具，確定無(wú)誤后，合上隔離開(kāi)關(guān)，斷開(kāi)高壓側(cè)接地開(kāi)關(guān)，合上運(yùn)行變壓器高壓側(cè)斷路器，取下標(biāo)志牌，向變壓器送電，然后再合上低壓側(cè)受電柜的斷路器，向母排送電，Z后合上有關(guān)聯(lián)絡(luò)柜和各支路自動(dòng)空氣開(kāi)關(guān)。

3: Inspection and testing before power transmission: Remove all grounding wires and short circuits, check if there are any tools left at the work site, confirm that there are no errors, close the isolation switch, disconnect the high-voltage side grounding switch, close the high-voltage side circuit breaker of the operating transformer, remove the signboard, power the transformer, and then close the circuit breaker of the low-voltage side receiving cabinet to power the busbar. After Z, close the associated winding cabinet and automatic air switches of each branch.
