一、當(dāng)殼體生產(chǎn)完時(shí)我們要進(jìn)行殼體的檢查，包括噴涂、打磨、殼體厚度、殼體各配件是否完好等。

二、當(dāng)殼體檢查完后，我們就開始領(lǐng)每臺(tái)柜子的元器件準(zhǔn)備裝配了， 在裝配之前，我們還要對(duì)各元器件進(jìn)行二次檢查（收貨時(shí)次檢查），看是否有不合格的產(chǎn)品。

三、將每一個(gè)元器件按照?qǐng)D紙的步驟一步一步裝配到MNS2.0開關(guān)柜中。

四、不同的柜型有不同的裝配工藝，比較難裝配的是抽屜柜中的每一個(gè)抽屜，因?yàn)槌閷瞎穹趾芏鄦卧?，每一個(gè)單元的尺寸不同，元器件大小也不同。這就需要裝配工有一定的生產(chǎn)工藝水平了。

五、裝配完成后，我們會(huì)有車間檢驗(yàn)員對(duì)每臺(tái)柜子進(jìn)行檢查，包括螺絲是否擰緊，一批次開關(guān)柜內(nèi)的接線是否一致；機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖是否正常、抽屜是否方便關(guān)合；指示燈、按鈕和導(dǎo)線顏色是否符合規(guī)范；銘牌、警告標(biāo)志內(nèi)容等位置正確等。

5、 After the assembly, we will have workshop inspectors conduct all-round inspection on each cabinet, including whether the screws are tightened and whether the wiring in a batch of switchgear is consistent; Whether the mechanical interlocking is normal and whether the drawer is easy to close; Whether the colors of indicator lights, buttons and wires meet the specifications; The contents of nameplates and warning signs are correct.

六、后一步就是出廠前調(diào)試了，此項(xiàng)工作由售后工程師們完成。根據(jù)國(guó)標(biāo)要求，進(jìn)行每一項(xiàng)出廠前試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)。包括外觀試驗(yàn)（電氣間隙、爬電距離、絕緣電阻測(cè)試等）；通電試驗(yàn)，按電氣原理圖要求，接通設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定的電源模擬動(dòng)作，進(jìn)行出廠前各項(xiàng)測(cè)試。各項(xiàng)要求都符合后，方可打包出廠。保證每一批次得潤(rùn)電氣出廠的MNS2.0低壓柜到達(dá)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝完成后通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)簡(jiǎn)單的運(yùn)行調(diào)試就可以使用了。
