鈑金加工的基本流程:

　　The basic process of sheet metal processing:

　　1.剪切:指用剪切機從物料中獲得矩形工件的工藝過程。

　　2.沖裁:是指用激光切割或數(shù)控沖床對工件進行沖孔的工藝過程。

　　13.制圖:指類似鉚接的工序。用母槍將鉚釘螺母和其他連接件牢固連接到工件上的工藝過程。

　　14.鉚接:是指以鉚釘為工具，用模具、銼刀、磨床等將兩個或兩個以上工件緊密連接，加工兩個或兩個以上工件尖角的工藝過程。

　　24.整平:是指加工前后工件不平時，用其他設備將工件整平的過程。
