低壓抽出式開關(guān)柜適用于交流50Hz、額定絕緣電壓和工作電壓為400V、660V，額定電流6300A及以下三相五線制的電力供電系統(tǒng)，可用于發(fā)電廠、變電所、工礦企業(yè)、大樓賓館、機場、碼頭以及廣播電視等通信中心來作為發(fā)電、輸配電、電能轉(zhuǎn)換及電能消耗設備的控制，并通過電容補償對其主母線進行無功補償。

　　Low voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for three-phase five wire power supply systems with AC 50Hz, rated insulation voltage and working voltage of 400V, 660V, rated current up to 6300A and below. It can be used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, airports, docks, and communication centers such as broadcasting and television to control power generation, transmission and distribution, energy conversion, and energy consumption equipment. It also compensates for reactive power on its main busbar through capacitor compensation.

　　1. 山東MNS低壓抽屜柜框架為組合式結(jié)構(gòu)，基本骨架由C型鋼材組裝而成。柜架的 全部結(jié)構(gòu)件經(jīng)過鍍鋅處理，通過自攻鎖緊螺釘或8.8級六角螺栓堅固連接成基本柜架，加上對應于方案變化的門、隔板、安裝支架以及母線功能單元等部件組裝成完整的開關(guān)柜。開關(guān)柜內(nèi)部尺寸、零部件尺寸、隔室尺寸均按照模數(shù)化（E=25mm）變化。

　　2. MNS型組合式低壓開關(guān)柜的每一個柜體分隔為三個室，即水平母線室（在柜后部），抽屜小室（在柜前部），電纜室（在柜下部或柜前右邊）。室與室之間用鋼板或高強度阻燃塑料功能板相互隔開，上下層抽屜之間有帶通風孔的金屬板隔離，以有效防止開關(guān)元件因故障引起的飛弧與其它線路短路造成的事故。
