1.電線與插座接觸不良

在所有接觸不良火災(zāi)原因中,插座處電線短接電阻過(guò)大引起的火災(zāi)居一位。電氣線路的連接處,若存在接點(diǎn)接觸松弛,接點(diǎn)間的電壓足以擊穿空氣間隙形成電弧,迸出火花,點(diǎn)燃附近的可燃物形成火災(zāi)。這種情況還會(huì)導(dǎo)致電壓異常,所以有時(shí)電器使用時(shí)會(huì)有反應(yīng),卻不能正常使用也可能是其使用的插座接觸不良的原因。

電線接頭雖然用膠布之類的處理過(guò),但可能會(huì)因?yàn)榘l(fā)熱等問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致膠布老化,如果在同- -位置多過(guò)一個(gè)接頭存在也會(huì)更容易造成短路、 漏電等問(wèn)題存在。

有個(gè)別電器由于設(shè)備違反接線方式、連接不牢,或維護(hù)保養(yǎng)不良,或長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行過(guò)程中在接頭處產(chǎn)生導(dǎo)電不良的氧化膜,或接頭因振動(dòng)、熱的作用等,使連結(jié)處發(fā)生松動(dòng)、氧化造成接觸電阻過(guò)大。

一,導(dǎo)線接觸點(diǎn)劇烈發(fā)熱,增加接觸點(diǎn)的電阻從而加劇了發(fā)熱。

二,導(dǎo)線發(fā)熱會(huì)造成接觸點(diǎn)附近的導(dǎo)線外部塑料絕緣材料受熱,大大地降低它的絕緣能力,造成漏電。

三，如果電線的銅芯線劇烈發(fā)熱而熔融。則電線會(huì)斷裂。斷裂時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)“生電弧,并進(jìn)一步破壞絕綠 ,使得漏電加劇,引起電線對(duì)地短路。我們把它叫做單相接地故障。
