焊接前的準(zhǔn)備工作：焊接勞動保護(hù)用品要穿戴整齊，對焊接設(shè)備、焊條等進(jìn)行檢查，是否符合規(guī)定要求，有無運轉(zhuǎn)不靈的問題；焊件上的鐵銹、油脂及水分等，應(yīng)潔凈。

預(yù)處理焊縫坡口的底子尺度：焊縫坡口要合理，這樣才能夠確保尺度精度，以削減焊接變形

核準(zhǔn)工藝參數(shù)：焊接的工藝參數(shù)，主要有焊條直徑、焊接電流、焊接電壓以及焊接速度等

要充分了解焊接的結(jié)構(gòu)：焊條應(yīng)能夠確保進(jìn)入焊接區(qū)，并且要歪斜45度才行。在焊接時，不允許進(jìn)行長焊縫接連焊接，應(yīng)進(jìn)行交替斷續(xù)焊接，避免呈現(xiàn)熱變形，影響焊縫的焊接質(zhì)量。
