在仿威圖機柜生產(chǎn)過程中，焊接是必須的工序之一。要保證這道工序的加工質(zhì)量就要注意以下幾點。

焊接前的準備工作：焊接勞動保護用品要穿戴整齊，對焊接設備、焊條等進行檢查，是否符合規(guī)定要求，有無運轉(zhuǎn)不靈的問題；焊件上的鐵銹、油脂及水分等，應潔凈。

Preparation before welding: the welding labor protection articles should be dressed neatly, and the welding equipment and welding rod should be checked to see whether they meet the requirements and whether they are not working properly; Rust, grease and moisture on weldment shall be removed and cleaned.

預處理焊縫坡口的底子尺度：焊縫坡口要合理，這樣才能夠確保尺度精度，以削減焊接變形

要充分了解焊接的結(jié)構(gòu)：焊條應能夠確保進入焊接區(qū)，并且要歪斜45度才行。在焊接時，不允許進行長焊縫接連焊接，應進行交替斷續(xù)焊接，避免呈現(xiàn)熱變形，影響焊縫的焊接質(zhì)量。
