　　2. Cabinet design. When designing a cabinet, it is necessary to consider the internal structure of the cabinet, such as the spacing and position of square hole bars, as well as the height and depth of the cabinet. The hole spacing of a square hole bar in a standard 19 inch cabinet is fixed at 466mm. The height of the cabinet is determined by the number of U and safety margin, while the depth depends on the size of the chassis and the use of the rails.

　　3.鈑金機箱外殼設(shè)計。鈑金機箱外殼需要合理展開以節(jié)省材料和便于加工，同時注意間隙和包邊方式。設(shè)計時還需考慮公差、毛刺方向、折彎角內(nèi)半徑等因素。

　　3. Sheet metal chassis shell design. The shell of the sheet metal chassis needs to be unfolded reasonably to save materials and facilitate processing, while paying attention to gaps and edge wrapping methods. When designing, factors such as tolerance, burr direction, and internal radius of bending angle also need to be considered.

　　靜電防護設(shè)計準(zhǔn)則。關(guān)鍵部件如鍵盤和控制面板應(yīng)能直接通過機架接地，以耗散人體靜電。

　　Design criteria for electrostatic protection. Key components such as the keyboard and control panel should be directly grounded through the rack to dissipate static electricity from the human body.

　　EMC（電磁兼容性）設(shè)計原則。采用金屬外殼屏蔽，確保所有散熱孔符合要求，注意電纜布線和接地。
