機(jī)箱機(jī)柜的分類

Classification of chassis and cabinets

　　從機(jī)柜的用途分類，不外乎兩種，設(shè)備機(jī)柜（服務(wù)器機(jī)柜）和布線機(jī)柜（網(wǎng)絡(luò)機(jī)柜）。

　　1、設(shè)備機(jī)柜：

1. Equipment cabinet:

　　通常設(shè)備機(jī)柜都是選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)19英寸寬度，列出所有準(zhǔn)備裝在機(jī)柜內(nèi)的設(shè)備和它們的高、深、重量。重一些的設(shè)備盡量放在機(jī)柜的下部（可使機(jī)柜站立相對(duì)穩(wěn)固）這些設(shè)備的總高度將決定可以把多少設(shè)備裝進(jìn)機(jī)柜。設(shè)備和設(shè)備之間要留有一定的空隙，這樣有助于設(shè)備通風(fēng)散熱，設(shè)備頂部也要留些空隙，以備將來(lái)更換風(fēng)扇和更好的散熱，高的機(jī)柜能裝進(jìn)更多的設(shè)備，所以更省地方。設(shè)計(jì)完需要使用的機(jī)柜后還要預(yù)留一些備用空間，因?yàn)橐坏┠惆褭C(jī)柜買來(lái)并安裝完，一些多出的設(shè)備往往就出現(xiàn)了。沒(méi)有預(yù)留系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)充的備用空間，到時(shí)候就該頭痛了。

Usually, equipment cabinets are selected with a standard 19 inch width, listing all the devices to be installed in the cabinet and their height, depth, and weight. Heavier equipment should be placed at the bottom of the cabinet as much as possible (to make the cabinet stand relatively stable). The total height of these devices will determine how many devices can be installed in the cabinet. There should be a certain gap between the equipment to facilitate ventilation and heat dissipation. The top of the equipment should also have some gaps for future fan replacement and better heat dissipation. A higher cabinet can accommodate more equipment, so it saves more space. After designing the cabinets that need to be used, some spare space should also be reserved, because once you buy and install the cabinets, some extra equipment often appears. If there is no reserved spare space for system expansion, it will be a headache.

　　設(shè)備機(jī)柜要有良好的凈載重強(qiáng)度，一般要求材料要使用冷軋鋼板（熱板或帶鋼應(yīng)力不夠，載重時(shí)間久了會(huì)變形），如果設(shè)備太重重量，就要提前告知供應(yīng)商，增加單層承載力；左右側(cè)門相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)可以用薄一些的材料以減輕機(jī)柜自重，如果機(jī)柜裝好設(shè)備后有可能移動(dòng)或長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用腳輪支撐的話，還需要選擇承重腳輪。

The equipment cabinet should have good net load strength, and generally requires the use of cold-rolled steel plates (hot plates or strips with insufficient stress may deform over time). If the equipment is too heavy, the supplier should be informed in advance to increase the single-layer bearing capacity; Relatively speaking, thinner materials can be used for the left and right side doors to reduce the weight of the cabinet. If the cabinet may move or be supported by casters for a long time after installation, load-bearing casters need to be selected.

　　機(jī)柜內(nèi)的設(shè)備有很高的散熱要求，所以選擇機(jī)柜除了要有頂置風(fēng)扇外，選擇有通風(fēng)網(wǎng)孔的前后門。

The equipment inside the cabinet has high heat dissipation requirements, so when choosing a cabinet, in addition to having a top mounted fan, choose front and rear doors with ventilation mesh holes.

　　機(jī)柜內(nèi)的安裝梁應(yīng)可以方便的前后移動(dòng)，有高度標(biāo)志；托板可以方便的上下移動(dòng)，前后也應(yīng)有一定的移動(dòng)空間，便于安裝設(shè)備。

The installation beams inside the cabinet should be easy to move back and forth, with height markings; The pallet can be easily moved up and down, and there should also be some space for movement in front and back, making it easy to install equipment.

　　機(jī)柜內(nèi)的電源應(yīng)該選用機(jī)柜的電源分配單元。

The power supply inside the cabinet should be selected from the power distribution unit of the cabinet.

　　機(jī)柜內(nèi)應(yīng)有一個(gè)以上的接地柱。

There should be more than one grounding pole inside the cabinet.

　　機(jī)柜表面噴塑不應(yīng)有劃傷，內(nèi)部噴塑不能脫落（露出金屬時(shí)間長(zhǎng)了容易銹蝕）。

The surface of the cabinet should not be scratched by the spray coating, and the internal spray coating should not fall off (exposing the metal for a long time can easily rust).

　　2、布線機(jī)柜：

2. Cabling cabinet:

　　相對(duì)服務(wù)器機(jī)柜來(lái)說(shuō)，人們對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)機(jī)柜的要求不是很高，一般要求進(jìn)線孔要大，有寬大的理線器或理線環(huán)，使用機(jī)柜底座的話，底座進(jìn)線孔也要盡可能的大些。

Compared to server cabinets, people's requirements for network cabinets are not very high. Generally, it is required to have large cable entry holes, wide cable cutters or cable rings. If using a cabinet base, the cable entry holes on the base should also be as large as possible.

　　布線柜放置地點(diǎn)的環(huán)境條件不是很好，機(jī)柜要注意防塵，機(jī)柜柜體不能有金屬露出，防止銹蝕。

The environmental conditions where the wiring cabinet is placed are not very good. The cabinet should pay attention to dust prevention, and the cabinet body should not have any metal exposed to prevent rust.
